The Process
We believe all projects begin with a careful study of your site. Through drafting and judicious discussions we will distill a vision of your ideal outcome.
We will communicate and discuss our designs with you in 3D from the outset. When we reach a satisfactory design we can secure for you the necessary approvals. We will compile comprehensive construction documents to allow your project to be tendered and ultimately constructed. The delivery of our service draws on our extensive experience in the construction sector.
We enjoy good relations with an extensive network of consultants specialising in fields such as structure, energy, heating, drainage and flooding. We can assemble and lead a bespoke team to deliver your project.
Our company vision is to deliver for our clients lasting quality architecture of comfort, convenience and congeniality that is also sensitive to the environment. In doing so we aim to contribute to a wider culture of higher expectations for our homes and our buildings.

Housing Developments
We also work on the scale of housing developments. As well as planning success to date in smaller housing schemes, we currently have our largest yet, a 26 house scheme for Darragh Cross in Planning. We can assemble and lead a team of consultants to deal with the myriad of issues regarding drainage, roads and environmental concerns.
Renovation
We have extensive experience in renovations and remodelling projects. In our experience this has ranged from the sensitive restoration of period properties to complete radical refurbishments. In every case we have endeavoured to retain the best of the character we found while giving our clients all the conveniences of a warm modern home. We take joy in breathing new life into old buildings.

Conor McKenna ARB RIBA
Conor is a graduate of Queens University Belfast with an Erasmus term in PHL Limburg Belgium.
Conor is a fully qualified & registered architect since 2001. Prior to founding his own practice in 2009, he worked in various leading practices including RPP architects. In employment he worked on large commercial projects, hotels and office buildings.
Conor oversees all projects in the practice personally.
